Q. What different financial options do you have available at Chateau Bothell Landing?
A. We offer a wide array of flexible financial options. We offer month to month rent or a customized Buy-In based on your individual needs and preferences. You can change your plan and, in turn, adjust your monthly costs at any time. Chateau Bothell Landing wants to work with you on an individual basis so that you can enjoy retirement living on your own financial terms.

Q. Do you provide assisted living services?
A. Yes. A Registered Nurse directs our assisted living program. Services are provided according to an individual plan developed by the resident's physician, the resident, and our staff. Charges for assisted living services are based on a point system, so a resident is charged only for the actual services received, not for a range of services. Q. What basic assisted living services do you provide?
A. Medication management, bathing, dressing, grooming, blood pressure & weight checks, reminders or escorts to meals & activities, one person transfer assistance, supervision for people with mild cognitive limitations, incontinence management, personal laundry, daily housekeeping.

Q. Do you ever provide additional care services?
A. Yes. At Chateau Bothell Landing, we provide enhanced care services, when needed, in Building A (Avignon). These include diabetic care, wound care, colostomy and/or catheter bags, two person transfer assistance, coordinated care with outside services such as Hospice and Physical Therapy, special foot care, nursing care (we can provide daily nursing care as directed on a case by case need basis).

Q. Will I have to move as my care needs increase?
A. No. Chateau at Bothell Landing is committed to meeting your care needs in the comfort of your home, without ever necessitating a move. Our assisted living services are provided in the comfort of your own home, as well as the nursing care we arrange for you should you need it. At Chateau Bothell Landing, you never need to move into an on-campus nursing home, as is the case with many traditional CCRCs. Q. What else does the monthly fee cover?
A. Weekly housekeeping and linen service, 24-hour staffing and emergency communication system, recreational and social programs, membership at the Northshore Senior Center, use of all amenities including our indoor swimming pool, scheduled transportation, laundry facilities, maintenance, cable TV, and all utilities except for telephone.

Q. Can you accommodate special diets?
A. We do honor requests for special diets. Individual requirements are considered and agreed upon before move-in. For residents who monitor their own diets, we also provide healthful options, an à la carte menu, and a salad bar.

Q. Do you provide transportation to appointments?
A. We provide scheduled transportation to appointments that are within a 15-mile radius of the residence. In addition to our transportation program, we also offer a concierge service that will go above and beyond our regularly scheduled transportation.

Q. Do you allow pets?
A. Yes! We know how important pets can be and will gladly accommodate cats and dogs within limits.

Q. What are some of the community and neighborhood attractions surrounding Chateau Bothell Landing?
A. In addition to being across the street from the nationally renowned Northshore Senior Center, we are easy walking distance to charming downtown Bothell with its many boutique shops, restaurants, banks and services. Additionally, our location along the rolling Sammamish Riverfront affords easy access to the Sammamish River Walking Trail, Bothell Landing, museums and points of interest.
